     Some people ask for help when they need it and others may want help but don't ask. If someone asks you to help them and you can, then help. You and the other person will feel good. There are many people who are embarrassed or for some other reason are hesitant to ask for help when they need it. Try to recognize when a person needs your help and if you can help them. Helping people is a way to feel good about yourself.
